St. Cecilia’s “Staff” and their duties
Richelene Morey, Bookkeeper
Responsible for all bookkeeping functions and financial reporting. Maintains Sacramental Registers. Coordinates day to day operations including hiring of contractors as needed. Arranges and assists in funeral planning. Respon-sible for cemetery transactions – sale of lots, ordering cor-nerstones and arranging for their installation and the dig-ging of burial holes. Maintains cemetery records.
Dariyn Oehler, Secretary
General secretarial duties i.e. answer telephone. Selects and orders bulletin covers and issues bulletins. Maintains Liturgical Desk Calendar for requested masses and taber-nacle candles. Maintains log of same. Completes Prayers of the Faithful and the weekly announcements. Records all donations into Church office. Prepares tax letters and other mass mailings as needed. Provides support for Bookkeeper.
Kevin Belanger, Snow Removal
Responsible for clearing our walkways of snow and ice after each storm. Sands and salts as necessary.

Advisory to staff – 2 hours weekly
Pastoral Council
Pastoral council is an advisory role on how to evangelize the parish. Current council members are: Fr. Busch, Barb Carlozzi, Danielle Robichaud, Shiela Satterlee, Laura Paniccia, Mary Carpenter, Michelle Moore and Rich-elene Morey.
Finance Council
Assists the pastor with financial decisions that need to be made. The council consists of Fr. Busch, Michelle Moore; Chairperson, our trustees – Laura Paniccia and Mary Carpenter - and Barb Carlozzi.
Trustees
2 parishioners selected by the pastor to serve a 6 year term. Responsible for the fiscal and physical operations of the church. Trustees have check signing authority as well as overall authority in the absence of the pastor. Currently our trustees are: Mary Carpenter and Laura Paniccia
